Refund & Returns Policy

Every Ridgeline order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your bike frame bag arrives faulty or you're simply not happy with it, email contact@bike-frame-bag.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no complicated hoops.

We want you riding with gear you trust. If a bag doesn't fit your frame, doesn't hold up, or just isn't right for you, we'd rather make it right than leave you stuck with it.

The 30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund or replacement on any Ridgeline product — the Ridgeline Trail frame bag, the Ridgeline Pilot phone bag, or the Complete Kit bundle. There's no restocking fee, and you don't need a "reason we'll approve." If you're not satisfied, that's reason enough.

How to start a return

  1. Email contact@bike-frame-bag.com within 30 days of delivery, using the same name or order number from your purchase.
  2. Tell us what's wrong or why you'd like to return it. A quick photo or short description helps us sort it fast.
  3. We'll reply with the next step — usually a replacement on the way or a refund to your original payment method.

If your bag arrives faulty or damaged

If a Ridgeline product is defective on arrival — torn stitching, broken velcro straps, a faulty zipper, or shipping damage — you're covered right away. In most cases you don't need to ship it back for a refund or replacement. Send us a photo and we'll resolve it directly.

Faulty-on-arrival issues are on us, not you. We'd rather send a fresh bag or refund you than make you pay return postage for something that left the warehouse wrong. Let us know within 30 days and we'll handle it.

When your refund arrives

Once we approve a refund, it's issued to your original payment method through Stripe, our secure checkout provider. Stripe usually posts refunds within a few business days, though your bank or card issuer can take a little longer to show it on your statement. We'll confirm by email the moment your refund is on its way.

Common questions

Do I have to pay to send a bag back?

For faulty, damaged, or wrong-item cases, no — we cover it and often don't need the bag returned at all. For a change-of-mind return we'll let you know the simplest option when you email us; we keep it as painless as possible.

What if my 30 days are nearly up?

As long as you email contact@bike-frame-bag.com within 30 days of delivery, you're covered — even if the back-and-forth finishes a few days later.

Does the guarantee cover the bundle?

Yes. The Complete Kit — the Trail frame bag plus the Pilot phone bag — is covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee as our single products.

Can I swap for a different color instead of a refund?

Absolutely. The Trail comes in black, black-red, and black-blue. If you'd prefer a different color rather than a refund, just say so when you email us and we'll arrange the swap.
