Shipping Policy

Delivery time
We aim to get your gear on the road fast. Standard delivery runs 7–14 business days from the day you order, and it's free on the Ridgeline Trail frame bag, the Ridgeline Pilot top tube phone bag, and the Complete Kit bundle. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees — remote areas and peak periods can add a few days.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder) for the confirmation. If your frame bag or waterproof bag hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email contact@bike-frame-bag.com and we'll chase it up for you.

Customs & duties
Orders shipped within the United States carry no extra charges. For orders delivered outside the US (Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland), any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees that may apply are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges, where applicable, are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs office on delivery.
Order changes & address errors
Need to update your shipping address or fix a typo? Email contact@bike-frame-bag.com as soon as possible after ordering. Once a package leaves our warehouse we can't reroute it, so getting your address right at checkout is the surest way to a smooth delivery.
Lost or delayed packages
Tracking sometimes stalls before it updates again — that's normal in transit. If your MTB frame bag or bikepacking bag is running well past the 7–14 business day estimate, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier.
